In consideration for your participation in the EstatePlanning.com Referral Directory (“Directory”), the member understands and/or agrees:

  • That they are engaged in the full-time private practice of law.
  • That they are licensed to practice law in one or more United States jurisdictions.
  • That they are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the Directory and that they will update that information as necessary.
  • That they do not have any history of public or state bar related discipline and are not the subject of public or state bar related disciplinary proceedings.
  • To abide by the Rules of Professional Conduct and any other rules and/or standards of professionalism required by the jurisdictions in which they are licensed to practice.
  • That EstatePlanning.com does not assure fee-generating referrals will result from participation on the Directory.
     
As an attorney participating in the EstatePlanning.com Attorney Directory (“Directory”), you acknowledge that the Rules or Codes of Professional Conduct (“Rules”) of the jurisdictions in which you are licensed apply to all aspects of your participation and that you will abide by such Rules. EstatePlanning.com disclaims all responsibility for your compliance with these rules. You warrant that your use of the Directory will be used to provide general contact information only, and not for the provision of legal advice or the practice of law.
